"Location: Surrey\r\nPlan: 60 Mbps\r\nReview:\r\n- Speed & Reliability: Consistently slow. The advertised 60 Mbps is rarely, if ever, achieved. I frequently experience buffering and slow loading times, making streaming and online activities frustrating.\r\n- Customer Service: Highly disappointing. I was flat out lied to regarding cancellation fees. Initially, I was quoted \u00a3160, but this figure dramatically increased to \u00a3280 when I confirmed my intention to cancel. Almost as if they were attempting to discourage me from leaving through deceptive practices.\r\n- Pricing\/Value: Poor value. I'm paying \u00a350pm for 60mbps..They are the only provider who supports my property so I have no choice. The slow speeds and unreliable service do not justify the price I am paying. The unexpected increase in cancellation fees further exacerbates this issue.\r\n- Equipment: The router they sent out is absolutely horrendous. It's beyond 10 years old & they want \u00a3120 for it if I cancel my contract! Despite the fact that I could buy an identity sh*t one or \u00a320 or less.\r\n- Overall: Extremely dissatisfied. The combination of consistently slow speeds and dishonest customer service regarding cancellation fees has created a very negative experience. I would not recommend OnStream to ANYONE."

"Absolute joke !!!! I'm so angry they are making up my monthly payments I was tucked into a shorted contact as it was cheaper now they are adding on a 5er her and 6 pounds their saying it's for the router I have had enough they are thief's and this is fraud never a set price made up all the time.... I'm heavily pregnant and this stress is so bad with the anxiety that I could lose my baby I cannot afford this monthly made up I asked for set price they said it would be it's not !!!"

Signed up for fibre 1000 costing \u00a337.90\/Month BUT!!!! not stating that you will be billed 2 months and 2 weeks costing \u00a386.90 for your first bill then a month later another monthly cost again Spoke to ALEX who was supposedly a manager representing one stream had no intension of helping a customer resolve the issue also wouldnt change the date of payment as we get paid every 19th of each month he was rude too. As a family of five we needed the payment day chaged he said was not possible. I asked to speak to a different manager and wouldnt let me speak to anyone else regauding the issue he said that theres nothing he can do about it no resolution on the call still an open complaint although hes maked it as resolved!! SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT BE FOOLED!!!!!"

"Don\u2019t be fooled by their prices\u2026 They seem the cheapest at first especially with only having a 12 month contract but in that 12 months, their prices increase. In my 12 months contract, my deal went from \u00a317 to \u00a321 to \u00a330 to \u00a345 for no reason. They then email saying to get in touch if you want to renew. I didn\u2019t want to renew so I told them over a month before my contract ended, that I didn\u2019t wish to renew and to terminate my account at the end of my contract as I was no longer living in the house and no longer needed broadband. THEY DIDNT! They continued to take their direct debit. I phoned them, emailed them and even had to resort to sending a letter through the post.. all to no avail. It\u2019s now been 2 months since the end of my contract but they are still billing me. But if that\u2019s not bad enough, today I\u2019ve had an additional \u00a359.95 taken from my bank account for KASPERSKY - the compulsory free trial company that came with my Onestream broadband and the same free trial that I cancelled within the first month of my broadband contract a year ago as I never wanted it or needed it or asked for it! Now try getting onto kaspersky for a refund - they just send you around in circles. In the end, kaspersky said to get back onto Onestream\u2026. How do I do that when Onestream ignore emails, letters and when you finally get through after a 45 minute wait on the telephone, you are told that they\u2019ll have to pass on your queries to another department and that they\u2019ll get back to you\u2026. But they don\u2019t and continue to bill you at a premium rate. This company is by far the worst company I\u2019ve ever dealt with. Do not be fooled by their low prices. They have so far cost me more than any other provider and are still continuing to take money from me.. and don\u2019t think this is a one off and won\u2019t happen to you\u2026 read the genuine reviews that are all over the internet, not the sugar coated trustp1lot reviews."
