“Kommunikation auf Englisch, Zugang zu Rezepten auch auf englisch. Das könnte eine KI ganz leicht einrichten. Auch die Umfrage in englisch ich kann kein Englisch und muss mir jede Frage überstzten lassen. Das kommt bei chinesischen Produkten auch mal vor aber hier akzeptiere ich das nicht.”
“All around disappointed with my experience.
Firstly, the product itself is a great idea in theory but the technology is poorly executed and not quite there yet, in my opinion. The 3D printed parts aren't solid. My first blender head worked for only a few months before the threading wore out cometely due to friction/vibrations while blending. I had several instances too where I unloaded the blender jar and had the contents of the blender spill everywhere in the device because the locking mechanism got unhinged during mixing. All while carefully following the guidelines (no washing the blender head with hot water, etc..)
Openfunk deemed this to be defective and kindly sent me a second blender head attachment head. This one was, unfortunately, ALSO defective direct out of its packaging (this time it was impossible to unlock the two locking mechanisms in the blade attachment). It seems that these products are not tested before they go out?
This experience made me lose confidence in the blender. Openfunk reviewed my case and sent a return shipping label. No problem yet...
We sent back the package and can see that it has been received by Openfunk 26 days ago but still no refund and no response. It is impossible to get a email response from an actual human, it's always just the AI chatbot.
So in my last attempt to find out if I'm going to get a refund or not? To get any kind of update from customer service? I am here writing a review.
In sum, I would've been much better off buying a $10 blender in my local second hand thrift store. That's more sustainable and less of a headache.”
