“Wir haben den Mixer zum erstellen von Nussmus gekauft. Die Idee hinter dem Mixer ist ja sehr gut, leider ist der Mixer für unsere Zwecke völlig unbrauchbar. Der Klingenaufsatz ging schon beim ersten Mixvorgang buchstäblich in Rauch auf. Der zweite Klingenaufsatz hat dann etwa 15Mixvorgäng gehalten. Das aber nur darum, weil wir jeweils nur maximal 30sec. gemixt haben und dann wieder einige Minuten gewartet haben. Also leider für Nussmus völlig unbrauchbar.”
“Meine Bestellung ist nicht angekommeny I never received the blender due to DHL returning to sender and the company will not respond to me about either sending it back to me or refund. So they have my money but I do not have a blender unfortunately. I have tried contacting the company for over a week and no one is responding. I had to open a case with PayPal. I am glad I paid with this method so there is some chance of getting my money back.”
“Head was broken after putting it into the dishwasher ONE time. it’s not for temperatures above 40 C (also not handwash above 40c)- so no way to clean it hygenic.
I had to order the whole head (including the blades that were perfectly fine). That is absolutely not what they claim - to be sustainable by making it possible to repair every part of it.
All of the jars (pretty normal mason jars and normal jars from the supermarket - e. g. from beans and pickles…) I had wouldn’t fit - although they all have the same size. So they say it is an ISO norm but in fact it was very hard to find a glass jar that fit the mixer.
Mixing was average - if too little liquid in it, nothing happenes (I really hoped that this one would do better on this than the thing I had before).
And lastly I got a very unfriendly, unempathic and unhelpful email from their customer service.
I really loved the idea and the design of the product but the reality sadly was so different.”

Thank you for your honest feedback about your experience with re:Mix. As a young startup, this really helps us improve our communication around the mixer, and the product itself.
As we state on our website and in the re:Mix manual, the blades-head is not dishwasher friendly.
When we ship a new blades-head, we send the "plastic" support together with the new blades to be sure that our customers receive a product with proper functionality, as we cannot check ourselves the conditions of the rest of the components that one has at home. Nevertheless, we evaluate the replacement parts to ship on a case-by-case basis, as we only send what is necessary.
Regarding the jar's compatibility, there are multiple articles dedicated to explaining which jars work and which not on our website. We also offer jar libraries organised by country with the purpose to help out our customers find the compatible ones in their nearby supermarkets.
