“Quick delivery. Great communication when I needed some information on different types of scales. I’ve just tested 2 of the scales I ordered, both are great! I love that they DON’T switch off when i’m half way through weighing a product. It took me a while to figure out which scale would be best for my work and classes as they were both as good as each other! I’ve finally picked the TUF-200-BK as the lid is stronger this helps as I work with kids so I need an unbreakable product. I really did love the size and look of the TRUWEIGH digital Mini Scale though I think for my adult classes this would be a good investment! I’m going to invest in both!!”

“The scale arrived quickly, it is smaller than I imagined. I couldn't get it to work initially, the batteries supplied were dead. Once I bought new batteries it worked fine. I bought it for weighing essential oils, haven't used it yet but I see no reason why it wouldn't be OK.”

Glad to hear it arrived quickly and is working fine now, but sorry about the batteries being dead on arrival. We’ll be reviewing this with our supplier to prevent it happening again. This model should be absolutely fine for weighing essential oils, so you shouldn’t have any issues once you get going. If you do need any help with it, just give us a shout. “Fantastic service. The scales broke after a few months, but a replacement was promised and delivered as soon as the originals were received - all very speedy. As for the scales themselves, they work very well and seem like a good quality product, so hopefully the fault was an anomoly...”
