“Have been given a replacement for the scale that I’ve bought and still I get a broken replacement.”

As soon as we became aware of this issue, we temporarily removed this product from sale and returned all of our remaining stock to the supplier for a full investigation, as our own testing identified the same fault. “Very pleasant to deal with. Possibly had our lines crossed as I asked for confirmation that the clip on note stacker fed notes into the scanner to be checked, this confirmation was given. It turns out to stack the verified notes after being scanned, and definitely does not act as a feeder. But nevertheless, am perfectly happy with the products, they perform extremely well, and instill confidence.”

We do apologise for the confusion regarding the note stacker attachment and appreciate you pointing this out. The clip-on stacker is designed to neatly stack the notes after verification rather than feed them into the machine automatically. We are however delighted to hear that you are happy with the products overall and that they are performing well for you.

“In my opinion, the best digital weighing scales out there. They don't power off (like some other scales) zero them once and each time the weigh sling or bucket is attached, the scales zero themselves - well worth the money.”
