“Very pleasant to deal with. Possibly had our lines crossed as I asked for confirmation that the clip on note stacker fed notes into the scanner to be checked, this confirmation was given. It turns out to stack the verified notes after being scanned, and definitely does not act as a feeder. But nevertheless, am perfectly happy with the products, they perform extremely well, and instill confidence.”

We do apologise for the confusion regarding the note stacker attachment and appreciate you pointing this out. The clip-on stacker is designed to neatly stack the notes after verification rather than feed them into the machine automatically. We are however delighted to hear that you are happy with the products overall and that they are performing well for you.

“Had some delivery issues with my original order. Evri claim to have not received it. Our Weigh have sent a replacement but a different model as the original is now sold out.”

“The scale arrived quickly, it is smaller than I imagined. I couldn't get it to work initially, the batteries supplied were dead. Once I bought new batteries it worked fine. I bought it for weighing essential oils, haven't used it yet but I see no reason why it wouldn't be OK.”

Glad to hear it arrived quickly and is working fine now, but sorry about the batteries being dead on arrival. We’ll be reviewing this with our supplier to prevent it happening again. This model should be absolutely fine for weighing essential oils, so you shouldn’t have any issues once you get going. If you do need any help with it, just give us a shout. “Before I made a purchase I was given some information that turned out to be incorrect due to a newer version of the product. This unfortunately meant that the item I purchased wasn't suitable. However, the service I received upon realising this was faultless, therefore I would not be put off using this company again.”
