“Have been given a replacement for the scale that I’ve bought and still I get a broken replacement.”

As soon as we became aware of this issue, we temporarily removed this product from sale and returned all of our remaining stock to the supplier for a full investigation, as our own testing identified the same fault. “Did not work and did not care about my situation. Beware if you buy faulty product it’s on you to send it back don’t expect the company to help you out.”
