The rep that was supposed to do my welcome call said she tried calling and my phone was saying something was not reachable, but my phone is active and I’m receiving calls just fine. So I’m hoping this is not how my 4yr long endeavor is going to go!”

“I had aproblem logging in as a new customer. I tried following the instructions that told me to get my password and reenter it. After 2 unsucceful attempts, I called the phone number on the page. The ayto answer asked about my issue and I selected #3 which is assistance with sign on. It instructed me to dial a numbe which turned out to be the samenumber that I just dialed. Eventually, I tried 0 and got a person to help me. He resolved the issue but he was a little short with me and told me to go on with his instructions and to hang up before I completed them. It did resolve my issue.”
“I was told 1 fee a month and it's included in the payment. I checked my schedule on the app. There was my payment of what was agreed on. But, there also were fee chgs of 29.95 I cancelled our agreement immediate”
