“The person who first helped me over the phone. She was informative and reassured me that I was doing the right thing in choosing to consolidate my debt. They were very helpful and there was not any cost upfront.”
“They answered any questions that I had and explained everything until I felt like I had a good understanding of the program. I have only made 1 payment and they haven't started paying my creditors yet so that's all I have at this time.”
“I am a little concerned that you can never reach the person who is supposed to answer all your questions. Not a good beginning. I dont like leaving voice mails if no one is going to return your calls.”
“The team was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to my concerns. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I really appreciate the effort and support keep up the excellent work!”
“Everyone I've dealt with so far is pleasant, profession and, they seem to really care. They would have received a perfect score but, the process has not begun yet so, a five star review can't be given.”
“Pacific Debt will help you to eliminate your debt. The process takes time, but my agent came to an agreement with Collection Agencies that allowed me to pay off half of what I owed. Basically, if you owe $10,000, this company will make sure you will only pay between $4,000 and $6,000. The process is difficult in the beginning because you must stop paying your credit cards for awhile. Your agent then will decide with you how much can you pay per month. This will be your payment's base rate and then tell you how long will it take you to pay off your debt. I was able to pay off my debt within 3 years though I was told it will take me about 4 years. One of the reasons I paid off quickly because I learned how to manage my finances and began to keep a budget spreadsheet. The unfortunate thing about the company is that you do have to wait for a response. My agent responded to me between 2 and 4 days, sometimes longer. The other thing to keep in mind that the forgiven debt isn't forgiven. Instead, you will have to add it to your Income Tax. IRS counts forgiven debt as an income. I wish Pacific Debt's agent explained it to me before I received Schedule C. Overall, I do strongly recommend this company to help you be free from debt.”
