“Just wanted to say I am generally happy with the quality, service and speed of orders, but after I was promoted to have my boxes printed, I went ahead and there was a bit of a hiccup between our communications and after a bit of conversation we sorted it out. The team then quickly got my order printed to me in record time to show good faith. I love great service, look sometimes things get missed we are all only human, but the difference is good follow up service. And for that I am impressed oh and the print it turned out great I am realy happy we went that way.”

“I am running a small home-based business and currently looking to expand my products into retail stores. “I am very happy with the support from staff finding the correct packaging for my little coasters. In the future, I will look at curtomising with my logo. Fabulous customer service, delivery ontime and wonderful product. Not going anywhere else!!”

“I was very pleased to find the biodegradable products carried by Packqueen. I placed an order in the evening, was contacted the next morning regarding stock levels, discussed my order, and my delivery was delivered to my door within 2 days, interstate in a rural area. Unbelievable quality of service. Very highly recommended.”
