“Band sizes are closer tighter fits. Consider going up one band, potentially down one cup because unless your breast have increased in size this SHOULD get you the same fit. Personally I haven't done, but only because I prefer the fitting off my DD on my routine band size which is 36. I'm prepared to wear it but admittedly a tighter band size here. Had I gone up I'm certain the cups of a "sister size" wouldn't have worked so great for ME. Pretty, classic, stylish, elegant options. Quality - average.”

“I placed an order during a sale for items priced at 0.99. I paid for express delivery and received a formal despatch email including a tracking number. According to Panache’s own T&Cs, once items are despatched, a contract is formed and the price should be honored. However, my order was later cancelled due to a "pricing error." When I challenged this, I was told the items hadn’t actually been despatched, despite the shipping notification and tracking number I received. To make matters worse, the cancellation email was worded to look like I had requested the cancellation myself. The refund process for shipping was separate and confusing, and the "apology" 10% discount code (valid only on full-price items) feels dismissive given the breach of their own terms. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency.”
