“Hi there, My order 100899 arrived with knickers that didn’t have the plastic protective hygiene cover and a dirty sports bra with loose threads. Which is disappointing and unhygienic”

“I paid a not insignificant amount for both delivery and returns. Sizes didn’t match my (and my daughter’s) sizes. Essentially the size didn’t accord with description.”

“Not delivered in time.....delivery took 8 days, This meant that I had to travel 30 miles to buy a similar item elsewhere. Very disappointed. It is unworn so it is hard to rate this item.”

“Design fault. Underwire needs to go to the top 🔝 f the garment. When you bend slightly forward. You can see the lining and where the wire is. Won’t buy again. Bought because if price. Keep as emergency spare.”

“Whilst the bra itself is good support & quality, excellent for gym training & Running. It was disappointing to have to pay postage ,I had the wrong size & had to return & pay postage to return. Then reordered ( postage again) To find the bra is £3 cheaper on John Lewis. ( unbelievable ) 2 stars only due to the above. Bra excellent”

“I ordered 2 bras. One is great - supportive and pretty. I returned the second and I had to pay £3.75 postage to do this. Once tracking showed the item had been returned / received 2 days later, I still did not receive the £37 refund. I contacted customer service who said it would take up to 12 days to receive my money. This isn’t good enough. I won’t order directly from Panache again.”

“DEspatch and delivery too slow - parcel arrived later than expected (and after I'd left for my holiday!). Meanwhile, an order placed at the same time with a German business arrived within 2 days!”

“Had to pay for return which is a real shame for a company that caters to larger bust - as anyone with a larger bust I usually need to try at least 2 sizes so really disappointing that returns are not more catered to the audience.”

“I was professionally measured in a store that stocks panache but that store didn't stock my size. When trying sister sizes Panache seemed to the closest to comfortable for me but just wasn't quite right so I came to the Panache website to order my actual size. I was so excited to find the brand I wanted, my size which is quite awkward to find , a bra with side support and that was acutally really pretty. Even better than just finding a bra that ticked all my boxes which already felt like an impossible challenge it was on sale for an incredible price! I was beyond excited then it arrived and the cups were far, far too small, not even close to being right, I litterally couldn't stuff my whole chest into the cups even for afew seconds; within afew weeks of being measured and told that that was my size. On top of all my dissapointment I've had to pay to postage to return the bra.”

“This bra only has three hook fastenings does not allow for large cups weight .sent it back sadly .I find the tango quite good though .”
