“I placed an order during a sale for items priced at 0.99. I paid for express delivery and received a formal despatch email including a tracking number. According to Panache’s own T&Cs, once items are despatched, a contract is formed and the price should be honored. However, my order was later cancelled due to a "pricing error." When I challenged this, I was told the items hadn’t actually been despatched, despite the shipping notification and tracking number I received. To make matters worse, the cancellation email was worded to look like I had requested the cancellation myself. The refund process for shipping was separate and confusing, and the "apology" 10% discount code (valid only on full-price items) feels dismissive given the breach of their own terms. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency.”

“I Have placed an order for a sports bra a few days ago, payment was taken and confirmation email received. I have just received an email saying they have cancelled my order implying I have cancelled it. I would not trust this retailer, looks like a scam.”

“The absolute worst worst customer service. I have been trying to return an item for over a week. Their online return portal is "broken" they said. I have never encountered an online storefront with a broken return portal. I have emailed and emailed with no resolution.”

“Sizes were a poor fit, I ordered 2 types the same size bit one was far too big and the other far too small. I paid for delivery which was dissapointing as my order was over £50. Due to the poor fit, I then had to pay a further £3.95 to return the items. This has meant I have paid almost £10 in delivery alone, which will unfortunately mean I will not buy from Panache again in future.”

“Online shopping left sour taste in my mouth. Very customer unfriendly. No exchanges creates extra hassle and you have to make 2 orders, if you can afford it. Return on your own expense is another one - ridiculous for a lingerie brand. I have a pair of underwear that absolutely doesn’t fit but returning it would be more expensive than the garment itself. They’ve stayed in the era when online shopping just started and customers were responsible for everything and they don’t want to make it easier. Now, when you actually have alternatives, there’s no point to stick to the brand 🤷🏻‍♀️ and if you really want it - there are resellers that allow free returns and exchanges, so really, you don’t need to order from this website.”
