“Appalling delivery and return charges £8 extra on my order. My fault for not checking before I ordered Won’t use again. Shame because the bras are so nice”

“band and cup size were too small even though I added my exact measurements . The hooks were placed in the wrong way so I couldn’t tie the bikini without the band twisting . Wouldn’t buy again”

“Bikini top I ordered was epically not true to size, extremely small. I couldn't fasten the bikini top by a good four inches despite ordering my usual size. The bikini bottoms however were great. The reason for the 1 star review is that it's proving near on impossible to return the items. No email receipt sent, logged into account, states ' no orders found' contacted Panache by email and I've not heard back. Frustrated customer”

“Ordered a bra and knickers set and only received the knickers in the parcel. Have emailed you and sent a message through your query portal and no reply. Would never order from you again. Disgusting customer service”

“I got a wireless nursery bra 40G around 2 years ago, and it fitted me perfectly. This time I order 3 bras, all underwired, but the band was around 15cm narrower than in my original Panache bra… needless to say, it was way too tight and I am very disappointed with it. Returning all of them and to be honest I can’t really imagine why that would be the case???”

“Why is Tango Plunge (the only bra I and many others feel comfortable in) only available in Black. I don't want to wear black. Why can't we have pretty colours in this bra too?”

“Paid extra for next day delivery, parcel took three days to arrive, now I have had to pay £3.95 to return the items which arrived too late for the holidays - not impressed.”
