Love Panache bit what's happened to the sizing??? Won't risk on line order again, will have to find stockist to re assess my size.

I only received a partial refund when I sent all items back. I am emailed with no response to the part refund. I just want the rest of my money back

Terrible that you have to pay for returns ..I wont be re purchasing for this reason. Still havent got my refund despite royal mail tracking saying they have my item.

I ordered 3 bras in the same style but different sizes, based around the M&S size that fits me well. (I've never had Panache bras before and don't know how they fit). None of them did so I had to return them, and this is where my dissatisfaction with Panache comes in. I can find nowhere where I can go to try them on so have to use online ordering - at a cost of around £5 for delivery. As they didn't fit, I then had to pay to return them, and I had to pay the postage up front as they won't deduct it from your refund. They also don't do exchanges so you have to wait for your refund then buy them again - unless you can afford to shell out the money a second time whilst you wait for your refund. I can't. And even if I could/ would, bra fitting is such a 'try it and see' thing that you could end up still not finding your perfect fit and spending even more money on delivery and return charges. The bras are lovely, and worth the money if you can get the right fit. But I won't be buying Panache again - they really aren't set up well enough for online shopping

Ordered a bra and briefs set. Order was only partially delivered with the bra missing. On contacting customer services, I was refunded the bra, but this meant I needed to order a bra again separately (and pay postage AGAIN, for something I should have already received). Bra came up small on sizing, so I have needed to return but delay between orders means the briefs are out of returns period so as well as paying more postage (for returns), I have a pair of briefs that are not part of a set as intended.

The swimsuit arrived late in my opinion. I paid extra for 1-2 days delivery to make sure I got it in time for our trip. it is not made clear that in fact it is 2 days and only if you order in the morning. Any order in the afternoon will take 3 days. I contacted customer services and were NOT impressed at all with their answers and tone when I asked where my swimsuit was, no empathy at all. I can't go shopping and have to order online as i am busy rebuilding myself after a 2 years fight against stage 4 cancer. I won't ever buy from Panache again. The person i talked to was border line rude.

I wear Panache bras all the time & have done so for years. I was very disappointed with the bikini top as the back was far to small. I really object to being charged £3.95 to return this as I ordered my normal Panache size.

I'm surprised I'm being asked for a review. I ordered a bra on Wednesday morning , paid for express delivery so I'd get it before I needed to travel. Still hadn't arrived by Sunday (despite being promised a 1-2 business day delivery as well as getting a tracking number). Only AFTER I emailed to ask where my order was, did I receive an email saying it was out of stock and I'd be refunded. (Despite the website at that point STILL saying it was in stock!). I received a discount code as an apology, that didn't work. After letting customer service know it didn't work, I did receive another one quickly, but haven't tried it yet as I ended up ordering the bra from a different website. Oh, and then got an email asking me to review a bra I never received. Shocking service. I have been wearing panache bras for years, but will not be order from this website again.

Unable to access the returns portal. Is this a ploy? Stream of error messages, my clock is wrong, "something went wrong". I will be buying Panache directly again.

Had to pay £3.95 twice for “ delivery and returns” so £7.90 on a £40 order which I returned. Defeats the object of buying cheap bras in the first place!

Terrible fit on the non wired sports bra black. I'm normally 34FF in most bras like Fantasie or Bravissimo or Freya or M&S. I couldn't even get this bra on! Absolutely ridiculous. I've spent £3.95 on delivery AND they charge £3.95 to return! So it's cost me £7.80 just to try it on. I emailed them and they have the cheek to tell me I didn't buy the right size?? I know my size ant this Bra is unfit for purpose. Won't be buying from them again.

Didn’t fit was too short in the body , cups provided little support🤷‍♀️ paid a total Of £7.90 just to try it on ! Had to return , lesson learned won’t order on line again

I received an email, with tracking details, informing that my item had been dispatched and my bank account showed the payment had been deducted on 2nd June. I then received another email informing me that the item I had ordered was out of stock and I should expect to wait up until 16th June before I receive a refund. It's now the 12th, still nothing. Disappointed that refunds are immediate for orders that the company cannot fulfil.

I was charged for delivery, the bikini did not fit, I paid royal mail to return and then Panache charged me again for the return and I had to pay again for delivery of the replacement. Not happy.
