Nothing wrong with the lingerie The problem I have with this company is they charge you for delivery when you return the items forgetting that you are going to re-order more lingerie but after charging me delivery I will not be ordering from this company again

I dont know if the manufacturers have changed but the fit is completely different and no where near as comfortable, hence i am still wearing my older bras.

Poor, unhelpful customer service. This is the second time I've used them and I would not do so again. Don't seem focused on actually helping customers and policies seem to have no common sense. Accidentally ordered the wrong size and asked for an exchange - got a patronising reply back saying next time I should be very careful when selecting the size!

Need to return swimsuit. No RETURNS PROCESS on website, no contact info for vendor (no phone number, no email address, nothing). Filled out an inquiry box on website with 3+ day response time. Vendor needs to refund shipping and return shipping. Buyer Beware: lack of transparency and lack of returns process. Will not purchase from website again.

The swimsuit bottoms i bought to go with the tankini are not as they looked on your pictures. , the are very skimpy which was not as described. as i am finding the returns process extremely difficult and since i have to pay to return (which i was also unaware of. I simply give up! but obviously will not be using you again in future.

So far I am not having a good Experience since I ordered a bra and you sent the wrong size and no one will return my emails! I refuse to pay $13 for an exchange when the order was sent incorrectly on your part.

I spent £5.99 for 1/2 day delivery so the costumes would arrive before I went on holiday. After spending that money they didn’t arrive within the specified time and I did not have them for my holiday. I haven’t even opened the packages and now it will cost me to return them. It’s not acceptable customer service. The 1/2 day service should not be offered if you are using Royal Mail and it can’t be reliably met. Sue Kenyon

I think the bras are great but you would expect to pay £4 delivery to try on an item. If it doesn’t fit, you’re expected to pay a further £4 to return and then you’re expected to print the label. Have you not heard of QR codes? Very disappointed.

I bought a Panache costume wore it 5/6 times and the bone was so sharp it cut through the material not a seam. It didn’t have a plastic end coating on it. I sent Panache an email they asked me to take it back to the shop I bought it from. The Panache Rep was coming so she would ask him, he wouldn’t do anything as I had bought the costume in September last year. I could have appreciated the time reason if it was a bra that was worn daily but a costume that I had never been in the water just sunbathed and only went on holiday twice was a weak excuse for a faulty garment. Panache charge a lot for their swimsuits and you don’t expect poor quality faulty garments and poor customer service. My advice would be don’t waste your money buy a cheaper costume then if this happens at least you haven’t paid alot of money for a faulty garment that they obviously have no pride in their product.From an extremely unhappy customer.

Really disappointed with the quality of the bra I ordered, material was very uncomfortable. Process for returns is not easy, you have to pay for return label and receive no communication from the company through the process - I am still waiting. No customer service number to ring either. I would not buy from here again.

Order was delayed but responded that it cannot be canceled. All three bras did not have the quality expected. Not sure if it's worth it in the UK, it's definitely not worth the hassle and cost in the US.

I spent a lot of money, measuring and time trying to get these bras that are apparently great. I measure a size D34 usually. I took my measurements just before buying according to the size chart on the panache site. I am 34 in band and 38 bust. And so I get D34 and the band was so tight on them I could not bring myself to continue wearing them. I liked the structure but couldn't return these so I ordered a D38 size. The band was better this time but the cups were too big now even though I ordered the same cup size. I took them out of the package to try on once, of course, and now I cannot return them due to policy. I'm very disappointed and I give up on this brand. It's so overpriced and most of the patterns that are usually in stock look like they came out of a bad 80s workout instructional. Over $200 on bras that don't even fit according to the measurements they give or feel good that I can't return. Pretty bad investment on my part. It's mostly advertised towards more heavily endowed sizes as well and as an average chested lady, I feel left out. Totally done.

Shocking experience with this company, charged almost £8 to try on. Would not give full refund. Phoned customer service to discuss, was shocked by agents attitude, bolshy, rude and argumentative !!!! This company should look at Bravissimo who show outstanding customer service! in future I will be buying through them!! worst customer service I have experienced in anything

Warning.... purchased sale item cost £20, item did not fit. Returning item next day £3.90 postage,partial refund of £16 back in account. £8 to try on, shocking.

Company doesn’t ship anywhere else than UK or USA. So I could only order while on my holiday in USA (I’m from Spain) and yet, they sent the wrong size :) total Bs

Trying to return an item...system does not recognise order number. Total nightmare. Not happy at having to pay for delivery and return ..£8...for nothing! Will not be ordering again.
