“I’m not impressed that customers are charged to return. Since Panache does not have brick and mortar, how are women meant to try bras and swimwear? I think it’s incredibly disappointing & exploitative given most need to test sizing due to varying materials & styles.”

“Whilst I am happy with the product as I have purchased Panache lingerie previously from a local retailer, I was disappointed that I was unable to amend my order. I realised as soon as I had submitted my order that I had chosen the wrong colour and contacted Panache immediately but was told it was not possible to amend my order. The cost of a return has to be paid by the customer. Therefore I will not buy from Panache Lingerie on line again. I accept that I should have double checked the order but one of the reasons I made the mistake was because I clicked on the image of the black bra and selected my size but as it was not available it was changed to white which I didn’t notice until after I had submitted the order.”

“Ordered this in my normal (M&S) size of 36F. Unfortunately it was incredibly small. Thought I would pass it on to my daughter (M&S 34F). Even a bit snug on her. So I had to send it back to you. Whilst I can understand that I had to pay £3.95 to have it delivered- to then have to pay a further £3.95 to return it was a bitter pill to swallow. Not a good experience. Sorry to say I will not be ordering anything from you in the future”

“The dream full cup bra in rose is excellent shame about the matching briefs although I downsized this time in the briefs still slide down the elastic at the top does nothing.”

“I paid for delivery and I had to pay to return it, so in the end I spent about £8 to try on a bra. Needless to say I won't be buying from you guys again.”

“Requiring customers to pay for returns on expensive and unpredictable items like bras is unreasonable. I won't be purchasing from Panache Bras again, especially when other companies offer free returns.”

“I usually love panache. Their envy bras are fab. However, they suffer from inconsistent sizing, which is a known issue. I think they could do better at advising customers to size up or down. I bought a Clara bra in 30H, but it was too small in the cups. As was Panache Ana at 30H. Give people on other sites tell you about this is it so much to ask for a relative size scale for each bra? And in their "your size" bit below they don't even have an option for 30H! So I've chosen 28HH.”

“I ordered three bras all the same shape , all my correct size as I had one fitted in a bravissimo store ! They all fitted beautifully and I needed all new underwear so I then ordered three to six pairs of knickers to go with each of the bras. The bras felt beautiful looked lovely and I was very happy. Then after a couple of days of wearing I started to get sore on my chest bone in the middle of my chest where the two bra bones meet in the cleverage area . (remember I have three of these bras now and threw I lot of my old ones out ) So by time I got a week in of wearing my skin started getting so sore and rubbed by the end of one day it started to blister , my right breast has swollen and inflamed I think it has caused an infection and waiting to see a doctor. Simply putting it ! I have spent the best part of £300 or more on new under wear ,it was a good fit and I loved them . So thought maybe it’s just because they are new and need getting used to . But ITS THE BONES IN THE BRA ! They are way to deep ,and come up to high in the middle at the front causing it to press and rub against my breast bone . They do come up a lot higher than any other bra iv ever worn ! If I had one set I wouldn’t have left a review but I bought three so decided this time to do so . Others ? , many others must have this problem surely??”

“This sports bra doesn't follow the usual panache sizing. I have been wearing Panache sports bras for years, but this design was very very small in the cup and the straps are exceptionally short which renders the bra unwearable.I would argue this is a design fault and i resent having to pay for the return.”

“Ordered 2 for sizing and tried to log back in to return one. Wasn't sent any email to reset password or any reply on the contact us form so sent the item back directly to the return address. Still awaiting refund.”

“Really bad fit, adjustable straps were way too long, the cups and band were too big too. It arrived after I'd gone on holiday so too late to return for a smaller size. It's a shame because it looked lovely in the picture.”

“Hello the fabric off the bras are very supportive with the thick straps the only issue am finding that the wire snaps and is very fine and dance this has happend with 5 panache bras I've bought”
