“I recently ordered a swimsuit and tankini. Unfortunately I had to send them back as they didnt fit correctly. The quality was excellent, the service was fast but I would like an online chat to help with sizes.”

“Nothing wrong with the lingerie The problem I have with this company is they charge you for delivery when you return the items forgetting that you are going to re-order more lingerie but after charging me delivery I will not be ordering from this company again”

“Quality very good A bit disappointed that you pay for package and returns - may seek shop direct in future I don’t buy two sizes in one go so this works out a bit expensive to return the ones that don’t fit”

“The bras themselves were lovely. The fabric was really nice to the touch. Not quite the right size for me so had to send them both back. I thought it was a little cheeky to charge for deliver and then for returning them. Won't be doing that again”
