“I ordered 2 bras. One is great - supportive and pretty. I returned the second and I had to pay £3.75 postage to do this. Once tracking showed the item had been returned / received 2 days later, I still did not receive the £37 refund. I contacted customer service who said it would take up to 12 days to receive my money. This isn’t good enough. I won’t order directly from Panache again.”

“Hi I was satisfied with your product. I would like to inquire I have a heavy bust and I am finding it very uncomfortable wearing uderwire bra . Can you suggest any bra which still gives support but not underwire pls”

“Nice alternative to my black version. I can wear lighter colours now and not worry about the bra showing through. Not tested in sport’s capacity, this is my daily bra. Comfort all day long with the broad band and zero padding to add to my size. The only one which hasn’t let my 32Gs down. Pardon the pun. Will deffo buy again if I see other colours come out.”

“I have had approximately 20 of the Tango style bras and this one is slightly different in its material which I wasn't sure about but has the same good support and as a 73 year old I find the shape is flattering and supportive for the older ladies with a large bust size so I have ordered another one as delivery so again free.”

“I ordered a bra but unfortunately it wasn’t the right size, which is not a big deal except that I am having to pay to send it back now. The return instructions were not included anywhere and I had to write to ask for them, all of which is my time and money spent. Most shops offer free delivery and returns now specially for something as tricky as bras where you have to try several styles and sizes to find the right size and fit. It seems the only way is to invest in purchasing many styles and sizes (customer’s money) and then returning many (customer’s time and money). There has to be a better way!!”
