We wanted to apologise for any recent delays you may have experienced with your order to Canada due to the strike which was in place. During this time I can see you did reach out to our customer service team who were able to provide updates and further reassuring assistance. Following the end of the Canada Post strike, we were assured that all orders which had become held up would now be processed, in the order in which they were received. As soon as your order has begun making its way to you you should be able to follow it with the tracking information you were sent upon purchase.
