“I’m really happy with the pants I bought and the customer service was excellent when I was partially refunded to cover shipping to Canada due to the Postal Strike. However, I wish the duties I had to pay was included in the price. It was an unexpected charge.”

“Nice products: purchased a cap and shirt. However, the shipping options were astronomical that I do regret purchasing. my shipping costed over 50$ after duties which I thouhgt would be paid for as the only shipping option was overnight express. Do not purchase from here if you are from the US or Canada. Alternatives with similar styles with duties included in the price.”

“The fabric on these pants has a lot of stretch to it and the sizing chart was accurate. I purchased the herringbone pants during Black Friday in the same size and they were about 2 inches smaller and did not fit. I tried to exchange them and they were out of stock. Then come to find out returning them cost $25! I contacted customer service and never heard anything back. I like the cut of these pants but I’ll never purchase them again because the customer service has been so poor.”
