“Falsely advertised that a 5’11 model was wearing a Small, so I ordered that one. Was tiny, so had to return. Return cost me over $45AUD. What a bloody joke.”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I am so sorry for this, to clarify the particular model you're referring to is 5'11, and wears a size small in most of our pieces. This is the size he would wear for the majority of our pieces. He is however a small frame build, which is why he wears this size. All of our imagery is there as a guide to help customers see the product on. With regards to the fit of the product, we would always recommend viewing our size guide for the actual garment measurements, this ensures customers find the perfect size for them. We're always happy to listen to all feedback, and believe that we could potentially add in more of a description around our models to help our customers further understand the fit of each product. We will be looking to add the chest measurements for each model in future. Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer free returns at the moment, this is something we are working on implementing in the near future. I can see that you had reached out to our customer support team, and they have responded with a resolution to help you on this occasion due to the confusion caused around our sizing.
