“I cant provide review yet as I have not received the parcel despite the fact that it was highlighted it should be delivered in 3-5 working days, it has been two weeks.”

Please be advised our delivery dates are given as a guide only, unfortunately in some circumstances, delays can arise. I can see however that your order has now been marked as delivered two days later than intended, we apologise for the delay. “Best place to get trousers from, hands down - Always fit great... Heavyweight T-shirts are also a must have as well as consistently releasing great pieces so will be a repeat customer for a long time. Love the loyalty program.”

This was an extremely rare situation which resulted in your order being lost in transit. We do our best to update you on your parcels journey when you reach out to us so we can inform you of any delays or issues that may occur during the process. In this situation we ensured to update you as often as possible, unfortunately, we do however receive a very high volume of queries which are responded to accordingly but due to demand, we cannot always respond as quickly as we would like. There can also be slight delays whilst we wait for a response from our delivery partners or depending on how far the parcel has progressed in its delivery. We sincerely apologise for this. Our customer service team did offer you a resolution in this situation which we believe was in both our interests, I would like to however apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused you. “The T Shirt is a crop top. It's the shortest t shirt i've ever purchased. Is there a mistake?”

Our Garage T-Shirt is a vintage fit T-shirt which has a slightly shorter length, compared to our regular fit crew necks, to create a more boxy and nostalgic look, this is as stated within our product description and can also be seen in some of the imagery for this item on our website.
