Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I am so sorry to hear you're not happy with the colour on this particular product. I can see you had placed an order for our Desert Trip Tapestry Art Throw in rust, just to clarify we don't state the colour as rusty red within our descriptions, the colour is listed as rust which we believe to be more of a brown, and this name was taken from the exact Pantone used by the product team when creating this tapestry. We have done our best to show the true colour of this product through our imagery on site, we've also provided multiple images to help show the product in different light settings. That being said if you're still unhappy with the product we now offer a 45-day return policy. We have opted for this to ensure flexibility but keep emissions down with unnecessary & excessive returns. Apologies for any inconvenience which may have been caused. Kind Regards, P&Co

“Everything I have purchased from P&Co has been of incredible quality and they really do stand up to being worn and everything ages in really nicely. Have never had reason to fault P&Co's customer service either, every order has arrived speedily and swaps are super easy and quick aswell. Loyalty department is a great touch aswell! Keep it up! 🙌”

“Very nice website, fast delivery and the one product I've bought and own have impressive quality and I like the design. However, as a EU customer returns are a hassle due to the shipping and returns center being in the UK. P&Co needs you to do the return yourself, as in printing the shipping label and paying for shipping, and this requires more of you than for other retailers. To make a return from Sweden I had to pay ~14 € for shipping and fill in a customs form when booking and paying for the return. This isn't really P&Co's fault, but a hassle due to brexit and being a UK based company.”
