“I’d had my eye on these trousers for some time but I’m so happy they finally made it out of my shopping cart and into my real life! Absolutely love them. The quality is fantastic, the brushed cotton is super soft and the buttons on the waist mean I can adjust them to fit perfectly. At 5’4 I wasn’t sure whether to go for the short or regular length so I gambled on the short and it paid off, they are long enough to roll the cuffs but don’t drown me. I’m usually a UK size 12 and found they came up slightly big overall (surprising having read many reviews myself about the small fit - seems P&Co have worked on this!) but the adjustable waist buttons worked a great and the trousers are baggy but also flattering. I’ve had many compliments wearing them. Great product and genuinely great brand so I’ll be back for more soon…!”

“Package not received. 80 euros in nature. It's been several weeks. Their technique is to ask you to send only one complaint email because otherwise the email goes last in the pile. Except you don't have an answer. Never seen. I understand that the summer period is more complicated than the rest of the year but my patience has its limits. It was supposed to take 5 days, and almost a month later no progress. Parcel tracking is blocked. No return from them, their email address via paypal does not work. Terrible customer service. I am desperately waiting for a refund. Run away!”

Our customer service team do their very best to answer emails as quickly as possible working from oldest to newest to ensure customers are answered fairly. We ask that customers refrain from sending multiple or follow-up emails as this does unfortunately move your email to the newest tickets which then takes our team longer to get to.
