As a small brand, we are aware that there are many areas we still need to improve upon, but we are confident we're making the right changes and heading in the right direction as we continue to grow. Unfortunately, free returns are not a possibility for us, we have done our best to outline returns are the responsibility of the customer. However, we are looking into better returns solutions for all regions and hope to offer returns labels within our portal for as many areas as we can in the near future.
