Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear your most recent order has not been as expected. We always do our best to ensure the images on site reflect the true nature of the product in hand, with that being said I sincerely apologise you feel our current images do not match up with the product you have received. Our 5 panel caps have a slightly shallow fit which is as noted within our product description. Unfortunately hats are a product prone to lose a little shape and may arrive flat or misshapen on arrival, this is the result of being in transit, however, they should bounce back once taken out of the packaging and reshaped a little. For any items you aren’t happy with we do offer a 45-day returns period and will accept any returns for items that are new, unworn and with tags.
