We are so very sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with the delivery of your order, I can see that you had placed the order on our standard tracked shipping method, which has an estimated delivery of 5-10 working days. After taking a look into this further It looks like the order has now been marked as delivered, and had arrived with you within 9 working days. “I love this brand! I have a couple tops, a jumpsuit, and pants from here and the quality is always topnotch and the style is on point. I will definitely be ordering more in the future. Only complaint is that returns are expensive, but that is likely because I live in the US.”

“I love this brand, I have followed them and bought their products pretty much since their conception and the quality of products has improved year and year. I’m really happy that P&Co, as an English brand is really taking off both in the UK and across the pond. There isn’t a single item of clothing that I’ve bought that I haven’t liked, all of the items on the app and on the website are timeless, but they are also on trend Fairly priced and well worth the money, even the packaging is excellent quality and my favourite part of the whole buying process is the fact that you don’t need to wait for the guys to receive any items that you may want refunded. As soon as you have sent the return, the refund is processed. This is really helpful if you need to return the item and you want to purchase something else at the same time. Keep it up guys if you ever need an extra body for modelling, please let me know, I will only ask to keep the items that I model haha”
