“Good material but they run really big. Need to size down at least two sizes. When you return they charge you $25 shipping costs.. unreal. Not buying again”

Hey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We have done our best to provide a very detailed size guide for each product to help our customers better understand the sizing for each product. If you feel the item you received did not match up to the measurements shown, please reach out to our customer support team via the contact form on site. They will investigate any sizing errors further for you and will be able to offer a solution if there are any sizing intolerances. Unfortunately, we are unable to currently offer free returns at the moment, this is something we are working on implementing in the future. We have very recently introduced this reduced cost of $25 for returns, a cost that is a considerable amount lower than the cost that customers paid previously. We have found that when customers are returning orders from the US with alternative couriers they are being charged anywhere between $80-$200 which is why we've spent time working on a better returns solution so that we take on some fees. Again, please accept my most sincere apologies for any inconvenience this experience may have caused. Kind regards, P&Co
