“I’m really impressed with everything about this company and their products so far — from the great styles and attention to design detail, to the use of much higher quality materials compared to most other brands. The sustainable packaging everything arrived in was also a nice and intentional touch that shows that they walk the walk when it comes to making more environmentally conscious choices. “Wow- customer service. I have NEVER from any brand been able to get an instant refund, before the parcel has even left my house! Bought a pair of jeans a size too small, great packaging, great quality- amazing returns service. Will absolutely be returning to buy an alternative fit. Loyal customer for life, small things make a difference!”

“Quality product, and I wanted to love it. But the sizing was a bit off despite me taking actual measurements to choose my size. And the return policy is not easy ($28 return charge from the US). As a plebeian I can’t afford this, so I’ll be wearing slightly ill fitting, well made trousers. Also, shipping took a bit.”

“Absolutely LOVE my new trousers, they are the most comfortable trousers ever. I wasn’t sure if sizing I’m between an 8/10 and decided on the 10, the comfortable stretch meant I decided to change them to an 8 when they arrived. The exchange process was super easy and my size 8 arrived quickly and fit perfectly, I’ll definitely keep my eyes on for another style or colours in the future.”
