“This is a Christmas gift. I have not received it yet. Appears to be stuck in Shipment Label Creation. Has not even been turned over to FedEx yet. I tried your on-line chat feature. No response. Very doubtful I will receive by Christmas. Very disappointing. I would appreciate a Customer Service representative calling me at +1 (408) 887-7922 to provide an update on the status of my order.”

“Unfortunately, and for the first time, I didn’t received the order even if it is written that it has been successfully delivered. I just asked to customer service what to do. I do not doubt that the products are good quality as all I ordered at P&Co.”
