“Very very below par shirt. For the price of it, it looks like one I could buy in Pennys for €12. Do not be deceived by the colour, it’s so dull in real life in comparison to the bold blue neon look it gives in the photo. For a shirt that cost me €38 pound including delivery, I wanted something more outstanding. I’m afraid this site spends more money on advertising than their actual product.”

Quality is at the heart of everything we do to ensure we are producing clothing to the highest standards as sustainably as we possibly can therefore, we are so very sorry to hear you are not happy with the quality of your recent purchase. We always do our best to make sure the images on the site are reflective of the true nature of the product and include relevant specifications within the product description. Some of the prints on our T-shirts may look a little more distressed or vibrant than others, making each garment more unique. If, however, a product is not as expected, we'd recommend reaching out to our customer service team along with images so they can take a further look and provide a resolution for you. “Great stuff! Better quality than expected given the price - especially the trousers. The heavyweight tees are great fit but in a very soft cotton. I prefer a more though fabric when it comes to t-shirts but that's just a personal preference.”

“I've been a big fan of P&CO for years, but I recently purchased a new pairs of Fatigues after mine ripped at the seam and the new pair our completely unacceptable. They've cheapened almost every element of the trouser. Buttons are now cheap plastic instead of metal rivets, material is clearly cheaper, fit is much more flared at the leg and tighter on the waist. An incredible fall from grace for a great product. There website also doesn't match what you're purchasing, the videos still show the original design with no plastic. To top it all off I gave them opportunity to rectify my complaint via email and they never even got back to me.”

Hey,   Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback on our Fatigues. We are sorry to hear they have not been as expected. We strive for quality in everything we do, ensuring that we are producing clothing to the highest standards as sustainably as we possibly can. In order to achieve this, we also ensure that we are working with the right factories and suppliers who share our morals and ethos. With this in mind, amendments to our Fatigues have been made accordingly. This includes our buttons, which have been changed to a more sustainable corozo material. Corozo is plant-based and biodegradable, as opposed to plastic buttons, which are not sustainable and, sadly, a huge contributor to materials which cannot be recycled. When changes are made, however, such as this one, we ensure that the images on our site still reflect the true nature of each product. Therefore, I sincerely apologise that you feel our current images do not match up with the product in hand. I will be passing this feedback over to the relevant team, and we will look at getting more imagery shot for these. Sadly, I have taken a further look into your account and cannot find any previous correspondence from you regarding this. If we could kindly ask you to reach out to us support@pand.co our Customer Service team will be able to assist you further. “I was doubting the fit. I never buy pants or bottoms without trying them first because I have a big bum and skinny waist, but I bought them guessing my size (usual 12) and they fit like a glove (you can cinch them at the back). They look awesome. The quality is great. The only thing is that they are kind of short for legs, they stop at my ankle and id prefer them to be longer. (I'm 1.73 cm tall). Other than that a perfect 10. Everybody asks where my clothes are from.”
