“I have dealt with PandCo a lot recently and I am happy to say that I am a big fan. The quality of garments is A grade, materials are thick and of quality cotton. I have used their returns policy once for a broken rivet, of which a refund was quickly supplied, PanCo has one of the best customer services I have ever experienced. It helps when you're talking to a real person.”

“I received this “leave a review” email on Monday and I haven’t even received my package yet. I’ve ordered from you before and I really like your products but the delivery on this item has been much slower and slightly frustrating. I ordered this as a gift for someone who will be leaving the country tomorrow and it looks like I won’t be able to give it to her.”

Hey, Thank you for placing an order with us - we're sorry for the issues you have had with delivery. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be delay's with delivery for reasons beyond our control. FedEx provide us with estimations which, whilst they are met most of the time, they are only minimum timescales. As soon as our customers begin to encounter a delay with their order, we would implore them to reach out to the Customer Support team who can liaise with the Distribution Manager to establish what the cause for delay may be and when the order will be delivered. We can see that your order spent two weeks stuck in Canadian Customs where we are receiving alerts of delays - we're sorry that your gift was caught in this. We can see it has now been delivered but this was 4 days after its predicted delivery date. If you need to return it due to this, please reach out to our customer support team who will be happy to assist. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this delay may have caused you, please know our customer service team is always on hand in situations like this one, to find a suitable solution. “I’ve spent many an hour and many a pound with this wonderful site full of wonderful clothes. If I had my way I would own the entire catalogue but unfortunately I have to do adult things like pay a mortgage and eat.”

“Well I would to be able to give a review but it’s been 25 days and I still haven’t received my delivery, if you offer world wide shipping this needs to be addressed. The occasions I ordered for are long gone and now I’m going to have issues with the address as I’m out of it after the weekend.”

Our worldwide shipping timeframes are guidelines provided by the courier service and it is only on a small percentage of orders they are not met - we apologise that your order has fallen into this category. I can see that you have reached out to our Customer Support team who are providing you with updates as they become available whilst your order is being held at Customs. Sadly, we have no control over how long the shipment is held in customs as this is outside our jurisdiction - we have done everything we can so far and whilst we will continue to put pressure on the situation as best we can, it is unfortunately a waiting game. “Came across these guys via an ad on Instagram. I very rarely click through as it's a barrage of ads but did so and loved the style/cut of the 304 Service Fatigue Pants so I took a punt. I'm still a bit shocked that an ad worked if I'm honest but the good news is, I've found a go to brand to add to my very selective group of folks I buy from. Arrived quickly, lovely packaging and the loyalty platform they use is actually useful!”
