“I've only bought one product and it was not to my liking, but quality feels good. The company seems good and fast. I don't understand though why you don't have free returns or a small return fee since the products isn't that cheap.”

Quality is something that we strive for in everything we do, we also ensure that we produce clothing to the highest standards as sustainably as we possibly can. We understand however that there are still areas we can improve upon as we continue to grow. “New customer of P&Co and with a reasonably expensive first purchase. I'm happy to say I was very impressed with the service provided. My order was shipped same day and arrived the next morning well packaged. Which was perfect, since I was excitedly anticipating its arrival! Creating an account was simple and even the age verification process (for purchasing a pocket knife) was straightforward. Overall a great first impression. Thank you P&Co for collaborating with WESN to create a "UK Friendly" version of one of my favourite recent knife designs.”
