“Products and quality is amazing however the return policy for outside of the UK is not customer friendly at all. I had to return a product by myself with no support ending up paying 22€ to ship it back to P&Co. So in the end I was with no product because I didn’t like it and lost 22€ with the return process. For the price the products cost there should be a much much better return support. At least a couple pick up points with lower shipping fees so that it makes the process cheaper and smoother”

Unfortunately at the moment, we don’t currently offer free returns. You can return to us via any courier you prefer, to confirm this does not need to be FedEx or UPS, we recommend checking with alternative couriers that may offer a cheaper alternative for you. With that being said we ensure to take all customer feedback on board so we will feed this back to the team so we can work to make better returns solutions for all of our EU customers.
