“Delivery was prompt and sandals very well packaged. Product well made, with good quality materials.
Dropped a star because, though sandals are wider than the norm (and are probably a D fitting) a wider E would be better. Even if the upper stretches, the width of the sole still means that my foot overlaps it. However, as these are primarily for dressy occasions and not out-and-about in the street, I am keeping them to see how they work out.”
“As there has been a problem with using SHOP to pay for my shoes. Max Young deceased has never had anything to do with my purchase . Due to an error which needs correcting with SHOP and myself . I have no idea how to go about correcting the error. I bought the shoes with my credit card using SHOP. The credit card is in my name not Max Young. So there is something wrong with the automotive system which appears to use Max Youngs name as the billing address . When actually he is deceased and he hasn't used a credit card with his name on to pay for any goods. I found the shoes I bought too narrow size 6 and had to return them . Hopefully I will be getting my money put back on my credit card! Hopefully Max Young's name will be removed as the billing address at the care home where he used to be looked after! I have tried to contact SHOP to have the Error sorted but not easy getting in touch to do that!”
“The shoes arrived and were great apart from the fact that the netting was more obvious than expected as it is white and sadly it gave my daughter (bride to be) the "ick"!!
I have sent them back today but I think I may well find some nice wide shoes for the mother of the bride soon from Paradox.”

“I now have 2 pairs of heels from paradox and they are both amazingly comfortable. They arrive in the timescales quoted on the website. They are well protected in the box and come with bags for storing the shoes if you'd rather not store in the box. The soles and toebox on both pairs are padded making them so much kinder on your feet. Highly recommend”
