“Chicken arrived fully frozen, 5 birds in a box big enough for 10, no padding so the birds were jostled about and tore the seam of the box open. Solution would be a smaller box, or filler.
We tried one and it was very good.”

yes this is a good product - since i purchased the $199 deal.. I need to eat a little more /so far very good.. one comment is that some of the vacumme packs did not hold and now have ice in the package so i am eating those first -- I did sent a order to my sister in Orange ca.

“I love the chicken but it was delivered on Friday not Thursday which would have been three days not two. The outside of the chicken was thawed and soft to the touch but not thawed completely by any means. The outside of the box was wet due to the melting. I emailed the company with no response. I do love the chicken and was surprised by the delay in delivery. The box label said it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday so I think it may have gotten held up by Fedex.”
“I love it. It’s just that the bags always end up having a crack or hole in it somewhere and either the chicken gets frost an it or when I go to thaw the chicken liquid leaks out of the bag. This happens in every shipment. I still use the chicken meat even though I’m not sure if it’s OK to do. So far it’s been fine. I really do love what you do, just maybe consider the packaging a bit more.”
