“It is great that you do this online but I got the quote from confused.com which had courtesy car, windscreen and personal accident and when I came to peppercorn it asked me to add them separately so it increases the price you get from confused. This is not transparent and not great first impression.”

Thank you for you review Dobrin 😊 All of our policies include Windscreen, Courtesy Car and Personal Accident Cover as standard. When you click through to our website from your quote on Confused.com, you are given the option to upgrade some of these to provide additional cover for the price that is mentioned. We explain this on our website when you are given the additional cover options to remain as transparent and clear as we can. Your price will have increased as you have chosen to upgrade your standard cover. If you didn't do this intentionally you can get in touch with us and we can have the additional cover removed and the costs refunded to you. Thank you, we hope to hear from you soon! 😊
