“Best prices, if you don't mind ever being able to speak to someone. Very annoying though, in the present economic climate, that when you go through the whole online process, it tells you at the last hurdle, that their partners Premium Credit haven't got back to them, so you won't be able to pay monthly on this policy, and you can only pay the £700 in one payment....now....10 days before your policy starts....and your quote is only valid for another day!”

Our sales process is entirely online, which offers our customers a convenient experience and should you have any questions, our Customer Experience Team is ready to assist you via chat from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and from 9am to 5:30pm on Saturdays. Additionally, our Claims Team is available to take emergency calls, 24/7. Our monthly repayment option is only available through Premium Credit, subject to certain checks that must be passed. If these checks are not successful, paying in full is the only remaining option. “It is great that you do this online but I got the quote from confused.com which had courtesy car, windscreen and personal accident and when I came to peppercorn it asked me to add them separately so it increases the price you get from confused. This is not transparent and not great first impression.”

When you click through to our website from your quote on Confused.com, you are given the option to upgrade some of these to provide additional cover for the price that is mentioned. We explain this on our website when you are given the additional cover options to remain as transparent and clear as we can. Your price will have increased as you have chosen to upgrade your standard cover. If you didn't do this intentionally you can get in touch with us and we can have the additional cover removed and the costs refunded to you. Thank you, we hope to hear from you soon! 😊
