Without a doubt the worst experience of buying old line I've ever had My friends 60th birthday celebrations were ruined by this inept company I ordered them 3 weeks before required, and they say despatched 2 days after order was placed. After about 10 days I contacted them, they said wait 10 working days which I did, Then phoned them. They said a mistake had happened and some of the address was missing, I gave them full address and have the proof, but with only 4 days to go they said they've sent them out 1st Class and I would get them in time, No I didn't the parcel went back to them, they made the same mistake twice, So no masks, party idea ruined and they just refunded Buyers beware, avoid this bunch of amateurs, they'll ruin your day

When ordering it said delivery 3 -4 days & over a week later they still haven't arrived so to late for the party wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here

Well I haven’t received the item yet so the delay in delivery is disappointing as it was for a party last week so now not of any use to me.

Ordered the face masks 3d after seeing photos of how good they look, when I got mine I tried one on and you can’t see out of them and they curl round your face making the photo look deformed. No point ordered face masks when you can’t wear them because you can’t see.

Very distorted and not what I expected or useable really , the quality check needs to be better , if the picture submitted isn’t adequate you should be given notification and suggestions of how to improve the final product

The concept is very nice et well organised. The biggest trouble is the taxes i had to pay which represents 40% of the total price. Also 2 x 21€. (initial amount was 100€ for 100 masks) It was not indicated in the website. I wouldn't be allowed. I thingkk that I will notice it through X and social websites to inform other consumers.

Hi there, Thank you for your review and sorry you feel this way towards the service and products provided. With recent changes of custom laws items from the UK do incur a Customs fee. We do detail this fee on our website but we are sorry if you feel this was not made clear enough. Rubbish no quality control order twice one very dark and the other to small for the face Didn't know I was ordering for same company would not order again VERY DISGUSTED of I could it would be zero stars

Ordered 20 masks last Sunday they never came when I needed them for Saturday for my boyfriends birthday very annoyed want a full refund

This company is unbelievable, not only have I had to cut the faces out. I did expect to stick on the elastic but there isn't enough. Dont use this company Very disappointing

Our mask kits are listed for sale as DIY self assembly kits, and the process is explained in our product images & in the description, but I will of course feed this back to our team for further consideration. Terrible. I sent a few images for an assortment of masks. Some of the images included a person wearing a hat. When these were printed they included the hat but shrank down the rest of the mask so the whole thing I presume would fit into a standard 'mask size' format. This left us with an overall mask that was way too small (eye spaces also all wrong) and couldn't be worn. If they emailed me to explain my images weren't suitable I could have changed them but instead I paid for a product that was useless. Try another company!

The item didn't arrive in time I emailed this and all I got was a refund for the difference between standard to 24 hour delivery. I opted for the service as it offered quick turn around if I had known it would potentially be that late I wouldn't of ordered but would have considered in future but won't now. When told I no longer need the delivery no action was taken.
