if I could give less of a rating I would , I bought a dog bed and got notifcation it was sent and delivered . No delivery, and then contacted support. I was told Australia Post is not delivering big parcels! complete rubbish , then I was told there was no stock. Will not recommend, I think they use bait advertising to get people to buy and they dont have stock and make you wait.

I no longer use Pet Circle due to lost orders & delivery driver saying can't find a place to park to deliver my order. I never got my orders (tried 3 times). Finally got a refund. Reading reviews. Wow. Everyone else having same issues at same time (3-5 months ago). I live in a big block of flats. Used to see Pet Circle orders in lobby all the time. No more. Wonder what happened to this company?
