They kept us informed throughout the process from collecting our beloved pet right up to delivery to our front door. The only negative, and it is minor, was the length of time in receiving the ashes, and it is mentioned on their website, 14 - 21 working days but actually it was 13 days for us. I would highly recommend this service.”
