We're sorry to hear that you were not happy with what Winnie was returned to you in. After checking this further, we can see that you was asked at the point of booking if you'd like an urn or ashes casket, however, the free scatter box was chosen.
We did however return Winnie in a beautiful presentation bag accompanied by a candle. If you'd like to purchase an urn or ashes casket you can do so by calling 0330 124 0996.

Pro care pet cremations have been a rock for our family through this - From the very first phone call to Harry’s ashes arriving today!
I would like to thank the driver who picked our dog up on the day he died. He made the experience feel very personal, he stayed to chat with my dad for a short while which helped him more than we could put into words. He was apparently very genuine and caring, and there wasn’t a second where it felt like this was “just work” to him.
The team are great, they keep you informed of everything going on throughout the process.
Harry’s ashes arrived today and everything is perfect, better than we could have imagined. Everything is beautifully presented and the fact it was hand delivered by yourselves also meant a lot, because we know Harry was treated well throughout the process.
