“ProCare Pet Cremations handled everything perfectly from the start. The initial phone call was full of reassurance. As anyone would be, we were shocked and upset by the passing of our beloved family cat, Bobby. The man on the phone was very patient and reassuring, asking us all about him and redirecting our thoughts to happier memories of him when we were incredibly sad.
We were told when he would be collected and it was relayed to us with tracking updates. Lewis was fantastic. He handled Bobby with the utmost care and respect, with the same dignity you would expect when handling a person. He stayed with us for a good while, talking about Bobby’s life and our memories with him, going out of his way to make sure we felt safe leaving Bobby with him, and we did.
We were told he’d be cremated in 72 hours, to keep his dignity. We opted for an individual cremation and when the day came, we were given the option to provide memorial information and a picture, which was posted to ProCare’s website.
He was hand delivered to us just under two weeks after he was taken. The woman who delivered him was professional and polite, and we had full access to tracking information. When he arrived, he came in the urn we had chosen, placed delicately in crepe paper and packaged carefully. They also included a certificate and cremation number, and a candle that we could light for him.
The way that the company went the extra mile, with their patience, reassurance and thoughtful gestures, made all the difference in an otherwise impossible time. Should the need ever arise again, though we hope it never does, we will absolutely be using ProCare again and will be recommending them highly to anyone in the same situation.”

I initially booked and arranged on line. They collected my dog in a sensitive way and kept me up to date with every step of the way.
When I received the ashes back, they were presented nicely and included a lovely candle and certificate.
