“I phoned you as my dog Leo had died peacefully at home the night before. I spoke to a lovely lady, I think her name was Liz, we had a chat and she advised me to go on your web sight to choose a container for the ashes. I phoned back and she took all the details. Liz made me feel very confident that I had chosen your establishment. Later that day a very nice couple came to pick him up and again they were excellent in the way they handled Leo and in explaining that Leo would be well looked after. Today Leo was delivered home by the same young lady who picked him up. The ashes are in a nice wooden box with his name on and it was presented beautifully and with a candle as well. I am so happy with the service you provided at this sad time and thank all involved very much!”
