“We lost our Winston so quickly and unexpectedly. He was a family treasure. He deserved better than the service we received from the Vets. We were so lost and couldn’t trust them to handle Winston any longer than needed.
We decided it was best to seek an alternative cremation service to what we were being offered by the vets. We are so pleased that we did.
From the very start of the process to receiving Winston back, the service has been faultless.
I spoke with Lewis who was very compassionate, understanding and extremely helpful, especially with liaising with us and the vets. (Which believe me was traumatic and cannot ever trust Vets Now or PDSA Bradford again)
Lewis explained everything in detail. He was able to tell us what date and gave us a precise time when Winston went for his private cremation.
We paid for some extras such as his Paw Print which came framed in Winston’s fur colour (We could have had any colour but chose Winston’s coat as the colour)
A clipping of his fur which came in a small glass bottle.
We had Winston’s ashes placed into a wooden tribute box with his picture.
All this came with the addition of a certificate of cremation and a beautiful scented candle. (See pictures provided)
We cannot thank you enough for the faultless service we received and although we hope not to be coming back in the near future, should we ever need you again, we will be in touch.

“Our beloved Sasha died suddenly of a heart attack on a Sunday afternoon. We were in a state of shock and found petcare cremations online. I called and spoke with a very lovely women who took details and they were with us within an hour to take care of our baby. The gentleman who collected her was very thoughtful. The entire experience, although very sad, was a lot easier to deal with thanks to these guys. They are very kind and compassionate people and the service is top rate.”
