“I cannot thank private enough, they were so friendly the staff on phone was very helpful but most of all I got my Jack Russell Dottie cremated on her own omg they done me and Dottie so proud they had a Jack Russell urn they done Dotties paw print and put it in a frame also put some of Dotties hair in a little glass bottle with cork lid and a certificate and a lovely candle wihich I will light on her birthday and anniversary I thought I would cry when she can home but I did a little but when I opened the box I just cuddle d her now she stands proud on my windowsill where Dottie always lay when I went out so I want to give private a big ThankQ I would recommend you to all animal lovers you helped me get through the hard bits of Dottie life xxxxxxxx”

“I am over the moon with the services i was given from procare, my pet was put to sleep and I was refused pawprints by the company i had taken her too, I searched and came across procare, they picked her up and did everything I wanted and more! My girl was brought back to me in a beautiful box, her pawprint with her name in a frame and a lovely candle included too, aswell as her certificate. “I love this place and would choose it again in future and im greatful that they can help me try and move on with my loss and helping me by giving back my passed away animal but when my passed away hamster arrived she arrived in a very thin and cheap cardboard box which I don't agree with as Im paying £190 for her cremation and paying that much money for getting my hamster cremation I wish they would have put her in something more nicer but I'm still greatful and thankful but still a bit disappointed and think it'd disrespectful that they put her in that but other then that I would still definitely definitely recommend this place the people on phone are so respectful and they where patient with my needs and they have payment plans which are very very helpful and that's great and wanna thank procare pet for there help thank you”

Our scatter boxes (which can be found below) are provided free of charge to families who wish to scatter the ashes of their beloved pets. We do recommend upgrading at the point of booking if you intend on retaining your pet's ashes as our boxes are only designed for short-term storage however, we're not forceful with this upgrade as we understand that some of our customers may be experiencing financial hardship.
