“I was overwhelmed by the service I received when our dear Marty Moose passed away in July. Every phone conversation was filled with kindness and appropriate information. All my queries answered, some before I even voiced them. Lewis treated Marty with such respect and empathy that gave me total confidence that he would be well looked after. Sympathy expressed by everyone I spoke to was totally genuine. The lovely candle included when I received the ashes was a touching surprise, I really wanted to hug her on the doorstep to thank her but didn’t want to frighten her. It made a very sad time much more bearable at a very reasonable price. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

When getting the phone call to say my bunny has been picked up from the vets, the driver was very reassuring and said, ‘can I say it’s the most beautiful, gorgeous bunny I’ve ever seen’. ‘She will be safe with us’. “The lady who took my initial call was caring , understanding and patient , I was a sobbing mess and she let me take my time to make the arrangements with her .
After being given enough time to say my goodbyes , the young man who came to collect Poppy was calming , gentle and totally respectful of her little body , she was treated with dignity .
I personally didn’t want ashes but I had asked for the option of fur clippings , these were delivered a couple of days later in a simple glass phial just the right size to hold in your hand for comfort . I was also given a candle which was a lovely touch .
I’ve been left feeling content that I did the very best for her in death as I did in life .
