“From the moment we spoke to the two receptionists at their site, they did everything to make the passing of our beloved family member Buster our beloved Long Hair Jack Russel, more tolerable. They were reassuring and kind and we even got a call each step of his journey from the vet to their place and then when he was going to be cremated. We got a text when he was coming home and he was delivered with a candle and certificate too. Made a very traumatic experience that much easier to deal with. “When i phoned they arrived the same day only problem was i forgot to ask for a paw print and he was done the next day but service great,on his return did not like the fact he brought back in a cardboard box which was nice but could use a wooden box as there not very expensive but o er all would use them again if i ever get another pet”
