“My guinea pig Lexie passed away suddenly. I found procare online and their service was easy to use, I did call up to ask a couple of questions and they were super lovely on the phone and sympathetic.
Lexie was picked duo the same day and the person who was collecting her was very nice and gentle with her. He explained the process to us.
It did take over 2 weeks to get Lexie back but we understood it took time. I did get updates throughout the process.
Lexie was sent back to us with care and we also got a candle which will use on her birthday.
