“I cannot recommend these butchers more. I am hooked. Cooking with their meat is an experience in itself. I've loved cooking for over 50 years and haven't seen meat so beautifully butchered in years. Not since my butcher great-uncle passed. Please don't hesitate and thank me later. It can be our little secret.”

We’re so glad you’re enjoying the quality and care that goes into every cut. Your feedback truly means a lot to our whole team. Warm Regards, Peter Augustus Team

“Fave butcher ever. Carefully butchered with a fantastic meat to fat ratio and evenly cut portions. This makes it easy to cook. Now- the best bit- flavour. You can smell the real flavour as soon as the meat hits the pan. Real flavour? Try it and see if you disagree.”

Hi Rebecca, Thank you so much for such an incredible review! It means a lot to hear we're your favourite butcher. We take great pride in preparing every cut with consistency, ensuring an even meat-to-fat ratio and portion sizes that make cooking easier and deliver the best possible result. We couldn't agree more about the flavour. There's nothing quite like the aroma of quality meat hitting the pan. Knowing that's what stood out to you is one of the best compliments we could receive. Thank you for your support and for taking the time to share your experience. We can't wait to serve you again soon! Warm regards, Peter Augustus Team
